I bought both 3 and 5 hook versions (one each). Installation was not so hard (or I should say not any harder than that of any other typical coat hangers). They look very nice and I like the fact that each hook actually has two hooks (top and bottom).The hooks don't look terribly strong, but they are still made of some sort of metal and they look to be strong enough to hold a couple of heavy winter coats without breaking. Well, I only had it for a couple of days, so time will tell (and if I don't feel lazy I will come back and update my review - if anything happens).The packaging was really nice, too. It was very well protected with two very firm forms at each end, which kept the hanger in the center of the box, inside of very thick cardboard box. I saw one one-star review complaining about the product having scratches coming out of box, but I don't know how that could've happened. Maybe someone returned the product (after making scratches) and that returned product was sent to that customer? The product was also completely wrapped around with bubble sheet pouch, so there just was no way for this product to be damaged during the shipping - unless the whole box got totally destroyed or something.For what it is - a coat hanger - I can't find anything to complain. It was about $10-$20 (or sometimes more) cheaper than similar coat hangers I could find from local brick and mortar stores, so I would highly recommend this product. I also like that fact I was able to find 3 and 5 hook versions with matching color and design like this.
