For the price and durability, this is a reasonably good rack, especially for a single bike, adding a second bike feels wobbly granted I was getting very close to the 45 pound limitation which is printed on the rack. With older and heavier bikes, this may not be the rack for you, not stabile enough. My other issue with this rack is that the use a proprietary receiver locking pin which can only be locked with a cotter pin and thus security is an issue. I have run a separate locking cable from my truck frame to the hitch, which is annoying and ruins the clean look of the rack. The other part of the locking feature is pretty standard, where you can fold up the wheel tracks up to a 90 degree angle and get out of the way. There is a number of hand screws to tighten and adjust to the height and length of a bike, which is fine, but you must also be mindful that the screws can easily vibrate off and get lost if not tightened properly.Lastly, this product is completely black and not reflective, so for safety concerns, you may want to paint/sticker/flag something to get attention.Overall, if you are mechanically inclined, this is not a bad assembly, but if not, I would HIGHLY recommend a send set of eyes of someone to double check your setup, before going on the road with this rack and setup, remember property and others lives could be at stake here...One of the handles to hold the bikes in place broke... Our bike almost fell off and we had to improvise... While this is a cheap rack, we had another previously for the same cost which was much better... The OTHER bike rack had a locking style bar to hold the bikes vs this one where you had to turn a knob to tighten them down which broke. Would NOT buy again.I have an odd shaped bicycle called a rowbike, it's a little long and has only 20 inch wheels.I had a rack that hung the bike from the frame, it didn't hold the bike securely.I bought this rack mostly because of the price, but it has been much better than I expected. The wheel loops and hold down arms, lock the bike into the rack with very little effort, and hold it securely. My mother has a big name reciever bike rack, and I used it recently, mounting the bicycle was more difficult, mostly because it required a strap to be threaded and tightened through each wheel and the frame. Then the mounting wasn't as secure since the wheels were only held by the rear of the front wheel and the front of the rear wheel. The distance between the wheels was also not adjustable. The goplus rack is a better rack with a more secure attachment, with an excellent design and price.Currently it's been in use for a couple months now and is working greatHitch tubing insert is so loose that I'm would think my bike and rack are going for a ride by them self. Shakes and rattles to and fro.Seriously garbage fitment for God sake, don't you have a measuring tape at the factory ?Total BS poor receiver fittment.Other then that it's a great bike carrier, I like the adjustability for what it does it does well .Aside from the shaking and wobbling while driving and no its not better at slow speeds.Nice tack, reasonable price. I'm using mine locally. If I were travelling with my bike I think I would look at a more stout rack as the literature specifies 45 mphax speed with this unit. For my purposes, it's perfect.BTW, this ships Fed Ex. They are having trouble here in Covid time. You may have to wait on delivery. I did. Not the Seller's fault, or Fed Ex's. Just the times.Fully met expectations. Held bikes well as long as the top clamp is firmly in place and tightened.Good rack for the money.First off, don't buy this hitch if you live near a highway or plan on taking your bikes some distance away from home. The hitch has a big warning sticker on it saying not to exceed 45 mph. I would not have bought this if that warning was on the listing page, which it isn't. The mount wobbles while loaded and driving, too. Going over speed bumps or down a bumpy road is enough to instill panic. I assure you, I have it built and installed correctly. It's the fact that the receiver arm is 1" box steel, strong but flexible under load. Also, I received the box with one of the plastic clamp-downs damaged but also. I should have put it back it the box then and called customer service. After only using the mount about five or six times however, one of the rubber wheel straps snapped. This hitch is made with the minimum viable parts and not made to last. It creates fear of losing your bikes while driving due to its or construction. I do not recommend it to anyone. This is very good and sturdy bike rack. Our whole family love to bike and outdoor. It’s easy to assemble. It came with clear instructions. We use this hitch bike rack to bring our bikes to camping, and transport bikes to ride at outdoor trips. I use it to haul two adult mountain bikes. It works great. I like the fold up feature and hold the bikes very stable. Overall recommended it !!
